Counterparty Community Update

May 29, 2015

It’s been two weeks since our last update, and we have some important announcements to share.

As explained in our last post, we transferred our support system to the forums: counterpartytalk.org, and will no longer be hosting the support.counterparty.io ticketing system. As of Monday, that site will be shut down and our support team will continue monitoring and addressing reported issues on CounterpartyTalk. Please note that you still have the possibility of sending private tickets, just send a private message to the support team on the forum, as explained in the announcement thread.

All knowledge base articles from http://support.counterparty.io/support/solutions have been copied to support FAQ section and you’re free to comment or ask questions (which was not possible on the old system).

In other news from this week, CoinDaddy announced the release of the free CoinDaddy Reputation Service which tracks reputation information on the Counterparty and Dogeparty networks. By enabling users to provide reputation feedback on assets and addresses, the service determines and displays a reputation rating which is visible on the CounterpartyChain block explorer. In addition, CoinDaddy released the Reputation Service API for developers to request and use the reputation information.

Finally, developers from Indie Square released an iOS Counterparty Mobile Wallet in the Play Store. This is not an official release, but you are free to test the app and report any issues on the Google Form for bug reports which can be found here.
